FOCUS Food Bank

The purpose of the FOCUS food bank is to ensure that no one in Harris County goes hungry. We accept donations of food and money to supply the food bank and recognize that it could not exist without the generosity of residents, churches, civic organizations, schools and scout groups.

Every Thanksgiving we sponsor a food distribution for needy families at the Performance Learning Center in Hamilton. To show the scope of this effort, last year on the Saturday before Thanksgiving, we gave out over 2200 bags of food to some 400 families in our county. This is a great opportunity for volunteers to help make a difference in the community.

Tuesday: 10:00am to 2:00pm
Wednesday: 10:00am to 2:00pm
